Do you only work with companies in Austin/Texas/The United States?

Not particularly. We’re in Austin. We like it here. But we partner with companies in different cities often. Haven’t done a different country yet, but that would certainly be interesting.

 

Does your company focus on B2B or B2C?

We primarily focus on B2B, but that’s mainly because the marketing for B2B is much more trackable. Our strategies can work for B2C too, it’s just not our target.

 

Do you guys do websites?

We can do websites. We mainly focus on improving websites for accomplishing business goals, like sales or lead generation, but if you’re wanting to start from scratch, we can integrate that work.

 

Do you do projects?

Sure. We do projects. Be forewarned that people often end up keeping us around after because they like the work we do so much ; )

 

Do you do retainers?

Sure. Our specialty is with companies that we can partner with long-term so that we can really understand the business. Marketing is a continuous process, and keeping everything up to date with how fast a business changes is important, which is why long-term agreements are ideal.

 

What’s Hubspot?

HubSpot is an inbound marketing platform, designed to help you run your whole online marketing operation. It works best in conjunction with an inbound strategy, which is creating content to bring people to your site, and getting them to convert into a lead. Then you nurture them through the process until they’re ready to talk to someone. For more information, check out their site.

 

What’s your relationship with HubSpot?

We’re certified value-added resellers, which means that they’ve put us through the paces, and come out the other side. We’ve worked with HubSpot to learn the ins and outs of their system and methodology, and are able to help other companies with it.

 

Why should I buy HubSpot from you?

We tend to partner with companies that need assistance getting the HubSpot system integrated into both their existing software systems and into their general working methods. We can help to tailor the system to meet your company’s needs, as well as train your team on the system.

 

We already have a full marketing department. What can you do?

If you have a full marketing department that can run an inbound strategy, great! We can help in the implementation, set-up and training. From there, we can either continue to help coordinate and refine the inbound strategy, or we can step aside and perform periodic check-ups.

 

We don’t have a marketing department. What can you do?

We often work with companies that don’t have a marketing department, but who realize they need to do something. In that case, we can partner alongside to act as your virtual marketing department. Depending on the scope of work, we can bring on additional individuals to handle the marketing operations.

 

We don’t have a CMO. What can you do?

Similar to above. In that case, we work with the executive team to develop a strategy that fits with the company’s goals, and then meet regularly to discuss updates and results.

 

What is inbound marketing?

Inbound marketing is a marketing strategy that’s designed around creating content that pulls people into your sales funnel. Once a person comes in, they get timely and targeted messages designed to guide them through the sales process. Many people across verticals now want to wait until the last possible moment to talk with salespeople. Inbound marketing is a response to that.

 

What is marketing automation?

Marketing automation refers to a set of tools that works to create automated campaigns or lead scoring techniques. It allows you to set up email campaigns that adjust based on where you are in the sales cycle, and also helps to create lead scores based on the activities you’ve completed. It’s pretty cool.

 

What is content strategy?

Content strategy is understanding the business goals, the marketing goals, and the audience and determining what types of content appeals to all three. This is the practice of wrangling quality and appropriate content across your website, blog, newsletters, social media channels, and anything else where words, pictures, audio or video appear.

 

I need help managing all of my social media, can you help?

It can be overwhelming, right? We can partner with companies to focus on social media strategies if that’s what’s needed. We’re a Hootsuite Certified Partner, so if you’re looking for a system to help manage it as well, we can step in there too.

 

I use Marketo/Eloqua/Pardot/Silverpop/Act-on/Manticore already. Can you help with that?

Yes. Across all of these systems, a strong understanding of great content and where it lines up with the prospect in the sales cycle in essential. Nothing will expose weak content quicker than a marketing automation system. We can work with companies that are looking to better map out the marketing/sales process and need help leveraging existing content and developing new content to fit in there. Without a good lineup of content to go with your marketing automation system, you’re unlikely to see the results you want.

 

Can you integrate HubSpot with Salesforce?

Absolutely. It can be incredibly powerful that way too. You can pull in all of your HubSpot intelligence right into your salesforce dashboard. Your salespeople will thank you.
